Pickup and drop off the same time per day within our working hours.
Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Vacationstore cancellation policy:
The deposit is not refundable after booking on Vacationstore. Any cancellation on vacationstore will be credited as vacation dollars and can be used for other packages on Vacationstore.
Was not impressed with my initial reservation with Budget as they had no record of it. Ultimately, we were able to get our rental, but it was 1.5 hours later and not at the rate we initially reserved it for.
