Guests will be welcomed with a signature cocktail then served a delicious family style 4-course dinner menu, freshly prepared and cooked table-side by our talented chef. 

Our dinner package includes a ?personal butler who will be on hand throughout your unique dining experience on the beach underneath the starry night sky.

Dinner Menu

Welcome Cocktail Guests will be served a refreshing cocktail on arrival (virgin cocktails also available)

Appetizer Mini charcuterie grazing platter with a selection of cheeses and cured meats served with freshly baked garlic bread with homemade dips and spreads  
(Vegan alternative also available) 

Soup Homemade pumpkin soup made with coconut milk and garnished with coconut snips (Vegan) 

Children Spaghetti and meatballs

Main Course

• Beef Tataki - Tenderloin skewer marinated in soy ginger blend, sesame oil and green onions
• Keshi Yena - Slow cooked chicken filled with olives, pearl onions, raisins topped with melted - Gouda cheese in a puff pastry 
• Garlic Shrimps Skewers - Succulent shrimps marinated in garlic infused oil and grilled to perfection 
• Butternut Squash Casserole - Roasted butternut squash baked with broccoli, scalloped potatoes and a mushroom sauce (Vegan option)
• Salad Jars (Vegan) - Quinoa, corn, carrot, red cabbage, beans,mixed greens and Asian ginger dressing
• Served with homemade potato salad and a selection of special sauces

Dessert

• Monchou - Dutch style cream cheese cake served in a mason jar with forest fruits 
• Fresh fruit salad (Vegan option)

Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.
 
The deposit is not refundable after booking on Vacationstore. Any cancelation on vacationstore will be credited as vacation dollars and can be used for other packages on Vacationstore.
