Rotisserie La Braise’s concept is to serve you the best French Food in Aruba, in particular the most wonderful chicken you have ever tasted!

French or American farmed they are roasted in our French “rôtissoires”, cooked to perfection. Honestly the succulent meat just melts away in your mouth, a must try, you will so not regret this excellent choice from our diverse menu.

If in the mood for a French taste, try the Vol-au-Vent, Coq au Vin or our so Creamy Tarragon Chicken.

Besides our famous chicken we serve beautiful dishes of high quality Angus Beef, whether you would like to enjoy a down to earth Filet Mignon, Prime Rib or venture for our hearty French Boeuf Bourguignon is all up to you.

Fresh fish is served every day from local Catch of the Day to our Tuna Steak.

As for our appetizers we serve signature French dishes such as Escargot, Frog Legs, Foie Gras, Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque amongst our variety.

Cozily situated in the Cove Move Mall, Palm Beach we guarantee the true French ambience for  inside seating or if you prefer the breezy terrace for the extra Tropical feeling outside.
 

Bresse chicken is the only chicken in the world that has a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) label since 1957 that guarantee the quality of the product. These chickens benefit from at least 10 square meters of open air space and are, thus, able to eat fresh grass and corn.
 

We also serve American farmed chicken that comes from the Joyce Farms. This poultry are distinct by their production and manufacturing conditions which are of a higher quality than other similar products usually marketed. Therefore, the farmers need to respect specifications to obtain the label.

Our Filet Mignon and Prime Rib are Certified Angus Beef.

Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The deposit is not refundable after booking on Vacationstore. Any cancelation on vacationstore will be credited as vacation dollars and can be used for other packages on Vacationstore.
