After the opening of our hotel, Dorado Eagle Beach Resort, we thought about bringing the best Mediterranean plates to our local visitors and tourists.
The hotel and restaurant has been open since 2017.

The food and service at Zucchini was very good on our visit. Stuffed eggplant for my wife and lobster fettuccine for me. Very pleased with the wine too.
I must make a comment concerning the reason we ended up at this restaurant. Via this app we were led to believe we could use our Vacation Store credit at Zucchini. It was one of 40-50 listed restaurants presented and we chose it and made reservations. Prior to visiting the restaurant I checked to ensure our credit could be redeemed there only to find Zucchini was no longer on the list, and the list of available restaurants to redeem credit had dwindled to 6. We talked to the manager about the situation and she said she was approached by Vacation Store but did not agree to sign on. Be careful using this app!!
Great food!
BEST kept secret in Aruba!! For starters….Spicy Veal Meatballs, Dinner…Veal Saltimbocca, Osso Bucco and Shrimp Olio are to DIE for!! And for dessert try the HOMEMADE Baclava!! EXCELLENT Service, Food and Owners are AMAZING!!
